BY
REESE

There is an emotion which often removes the control of whoever is feeling it.
It is the emotion of hostility, of irritation, and of annoyance. It can be accumulated over time or quickly gained, but nonetheless, it is usually released in a burst of feelings.
There are body cues and behaviours which are associated with this emotion and can be used to identify it including clenched teeth, fists, a crimson face, increased volume of voice.
In the worst cases, it can involve antisocial or violent behaviours.
Managing this emotion can be a challenge and a skill that takes years to learn.
Methods of management include self-soothing, which is doing things that calm you. This includes breathing exercises, taking a break or rest.
Another method is counselling or therapy. Talking to someone who undersatnds your feelings can really help.
